2023 Halloween Pet Costume Parade and Contest
Description
Free entry for costumed pets. Parade begins promptly at 11am so line up a few minutes before. First 50 in line will get a goodie bag compliments of Lily's Baths and Biscuits. Parade goes from Lily's to Radiator with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners selected by guest judges at Radiator.
