On May 3^rd the DPS Superintendent's office finally confirmed that the West Denver Prep charter organization (WDP) has formally applied to start a high school (9-12) program in NW Denver.  Although DPS is not obligated to provide a building for this new program, the Board of Education has a policy of making empty schools available to new charter programs it approves.& ...
